Job description
We are looking for a Software Test Engineer to our client who works with molecular diagnostics. Its systems automate traditional nucleic acid tests.
The IT department has 25 employees and are divided in three units (Devops, Test and Software). We are team-oriented with an open and friendly culture where everyone is responsible for their duties and for their contribution to the team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for design, development and maintenance of automated tests for the product.
- Work closely with software development to understand product requirements and to create corresponding test plan, test designs\test protocols, and build test strategies for the project.
- Perform duties as an individual contributor and/or team member with 100% hands-on work.
Qualifications
- Working experience with Software test automation with Java, Spring using e.g., JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium.
- Experience with REST, JSON, SQL/MySQL
- Ability to work across all layers of the application, from back-end databases through to the UI
- Comfortable in using a wide variety of open source technologies and tools
- Working experience with Git, Linux (command line)
- Knowledge about CI, Jenkins is meriting
- Ability to be self-motivated, proactive, curious, accountable and flexible
Experience
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with 5-10 years of related work experience.
