What you’ll do 

You will be joining a software development organization where the focus is to build autonomous teams and continuously deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. We value having fun at work as well as creating a motivating workplace where openness and collaboration stand in focus. You will be contributing with innovative solutions to solve issues that end-user might have and you will be involved in hands-on implementation, integration, testing, operations and everything to ensure working services and functionality for our users with a particular focus on mobile cross platform solutions.

You will:

• Be part of a cross-functional team who takes full ownership of their work 
• Work on all parts of the system with a focus on app web frontend, and cloud backend
• Work on our cloud platform where we handle and connect all care products such as smart home sensors, telecare accessories, alarm triggers, mobile phones, smart services and our alarm receiving centers 
• Develop new services and user-friendly applications that will help our customers 
• Make an impact in an innovative, international and changing environment

Your interest in the field and the right mindset will be crucial for this position. We are looking for a real team player with good social skills eager to learn but also to share knowledge and ideas. You are creative and an analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, and not afraid to come up with new ideas to contribute to Doro's success. We believe that the best value is created in teams with control of everything from idea generation to deployment.

Your skills

• Experience of software development 
• Programming skills, preferred but not required; Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.
• Experience with mobile-first single page web apps and/or hybrid mobile apps
• Experience working with Agile software development 
• Experience of continuous integration and continuous delivery 

Bonus skills 

• Experience developing cloud services, preferably in a serverless environment 
• Experience of Webpack, Node.js, serverless framework
• Experience working with internet protocols (e.g. HTTP, TLS, SIP, RTP, WebRTC)
