Android Engineer

The Android Team has end-to-end responsibility for the Lifesum Android app. They work together to build and implement new functions while creating and app that is a pleasure for our users to use. We’re looking for a passionate Android Engineer who is willing to learn new things and spread the knowledge they have with the team to make sure that you are all evolving together.

For this position, we are looking for a person with front-end and design knowledge who wants to work with tasks of this nature in the Lifesum app.

Responsibilities and what you will do:

- Write and review high-quality code including unit tests.
- Develop and implement new features in the Lifesum app.
- Learn our existing code-base and work hard on maintaining and improving it.

Are you the one we're looking for?

To be successful in this position we believe that you have:

- More than 2 years of experience with Android development.
- Experience from building and working with design for mobile applications.
- Worked with legacy code.
- A thirst to learn and eagerness in sharing your knowledge with the company, and team.
- Familiarity with Kotlin and Java.

If you have worked with a TDD approach, is a team player, has great communication skills and can work independently, we really want to talk to you.
