Job Description
Some of our clients develop and operate some of the largest retail websites in the world. The development is centralized to Sweden, and we work with the site for 50+ countries. We are now looking for experienced developers who will join the development and maintenance organization.

You are a passionate Java developer who can’t resist sharing your latest findings with your team. You love learning new skills and constantly improving existing ones. You are confident in Java and Spring, and enjoy solving tricky problems together with your teammates. You are willing to share with us your passion for cutting edge Java web development. Additionally, you have practical experience from working in an agile environment.

Work Task
• Experienced developer with skills within back- and frontend development

Way of Working/
We value continuous improvement but do not blindly follow one specific agile process. We are looking for someone curious with many ideas and lots of experience from working effectively with modern websites. It is great if you have experience from working in distributed teams. You know when to be pragmatic, when not to bend the rules, and see continuous improvement as something natural.

Specific Competence
You have 3-8 years of extensive practical experience from:
• Working as a developer in large web/eCommerce projects.
Java, Spring, JMS, Hibernate, JDBC, JPA, MySQL/Oracle
Spring MVC, CSS3, JQuery, AJAX, JavaScript, JSP, JSTL and Taglibs
• WebServices using REST or SOAP
• Spring Framework
• Agile development (Scrum/Kanban etc)

You are seriously interested in:
• Pair Programming
• Code Quality and “Clean code”
• Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Continuous Delivery

We also prefer if you have hands-on experience from:
• Automated Testing (preferably using Selenium)
• Build tools such as Maven and/or Ant.
• TeamCity or equivalent
• Sonar
• Working in distributed teams
• Liquibase database migration
• Tomcat
• Splunk
