Would you like to be part of creating a friendly multiplayer world for children where they can feel safe, creative and be able to express themselves?

That’s what you’ll do here with us at Toca Boca!

Your future team of 14 is currently working on a new 3D multiplayer experience and the sooner you join, the bigger the impact you’ll have on the final product. Pretty cool, huh?

What you’ll be doing

You will be part of a small team of artists and together you will make sure that our next digital toy looks stunning. Together with designers, programmers and other talented folks you’ll develop fun game features that look and feel amazing!

Naturally, you will be designing and modelling high quality 3D assets such as props, character assets and environments. But you may also be looking into things like what rainy weather would look like, or how a piece of technology in the game would work and so on - all in accordance with art direction and guidelines.

To put it simply, you will contribute to the game as a whole and be a fundamental part of the game development team.

Your future office (and team!) has a warm, playful and open atmosphere. Trading collectables, watching Buffy during lunchtime, gaming nights etc. are common occurrences.

Is this you?

1. You have a few years experience of game development, preferably with Unity and/or mobile platforms. You are very comfortable using Maya and Photoshop in particular.

• You definitely have a strong personal style and you enjoy creating stylised, game-ready low-poly 3D assets. We would love to see this shown either in your portfolio, or through a small assignment.
• You have a wide skill set but are eager to learn more with us! You feel comfortable sharing your knowledge and tackling any aspect of the game where you could make a valuable contribution.
• Bonus point if you have an interest in fashion and interior design!

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months of probationary employment.

As we’re an international company, with over 10 nationalities and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Therefore your application needs to be in English.
