The Software Development Department at Group Function Services is now looking for two Front end Developers

The department is responsible for the development and production of software products focusing on the user in the wheelchair, the service technicians in the field and for the production of our medical devices. The products has the form of mobile applications, web portals and other types of applications. We consists of three development teams located in Sundsvall and work in an agile environment with a continuous flow of work items from user needs, requirements to release out in the field. We have a culture that encourage openness, helping each other, team success and a keen sense of humor. We're situated in our modern office on the fifth floor of NP3-Arena in Sundsvall, looking in towards the city center.

In this role you are part of our development teams in the Software Development department and will collaborate with teams consisting of System Verification Engineers, Devops-engineers and Electronics.

You will be responsible of developing front end solutions and supporting the rest of the teams with your knowledge. This means a daily contact with team members and others. We work in a continuous flow of work items and make releases every day.

You will be working in a medical device environment meaning that we need to be compliant with our Quality Management System as well as other applicable regulations.

Key duties:

Work according to our processes, methods and instructions.

Develop front end solutions based on user needs, requirements, architecture, software stack and design.

Help out in trouble shooting with our engineers.

Participate with the development of our processes and methods.

Qualifications:

You have a university degree in science, engineering or similar work experience. We encourage applications from junior- as well as senior developers.

As a person you are a team-oriented problem solver, keen on learning new things, an attention to detail and willingness to participate and share knowledge.

We work in a technology stack consisting of javascript, typescript, Angular, AngularJS, HTML and CSS. A good understanding of UX is also needed and if you feel comfortable drawing images, working in Sketch, Figma or Zeplin it's a merit. Also experience with responsive web applications for different devices and language support are nice to have.

You are fluent in oral and written Swedish and English.
