Company Description

The Company is part of a larger Group of companies which is privately owned. The Group has most of their businesses which has grown over the last 10 years throughout Sweden and is in the Motor Industry, however, the group also has some interests in South Africa companies. The Groups main source of income is selling, servicing and the maintaining of new and used vehicles, which is all held together by a strong centralized administrations office and leadership.

The head office is based in Stockholm where the owner and managing director are located. The group employs over 200 people within Sweden and South Africa.

Job Description

The job requires a team of two people to work closely together with the owner over the next couple of years to implement the own developed Docuflow (DF) system within the company that is located in Sweden. DF has already been implemented in the South African entities with success and the owner now wants to implement the system within the Swedish organization.

The successful candidate needs to be willing to be based in Stockholm and to work within a team that will implement the Docuflow system within the Swedish organization.

The applicant must be willing to work within a team and also to have good communication skills to be able to train others in the use of the Docuflow system.

Qualifications

Team members will require the following minimum requirements and your CV should start with this to ensure it captures the Owner to read further.

• Expert with at least 2 years of experience of the Docuflow System.
• Knowledge on GAAP
• Ability to learn a new language

Bonus points if you also have:

• Speaking and writing unhindered in English
• Swedish is not a requirement; however, it has to be understood that Swedish will be a requirement and the applicant shall need to speak and write Swedish fluently within 1 year of the appointment.
• Experience with Windows and IOS and a basic knowledge of how applications are run
• Lots of work tasks are conducted in Microsoft Office so you need to have a good understanding of the Microsoft packages
• Python and database structuring
