Job Description

Tasks

● Manage Scheduled Imports

• Setting up data import mechanisms that run on schedule.
• Verify data format to be imported and FTP connectivity (sent from customers)
• Use the company internal admin tool to generated a config file (based on specification from customer) which is used to start a service on a Windows

Server

● Manage Scheduled Exports

• Collect customers specifications (what data to export in what format, etc)
• Create small .NET applications to pull data from a SQL Server database and

push to an FTP server

• Install the .NET applications on a Windows Server

● Manual ad-hoc database exports

• Create custom SQL queries to pull data from a SQL Server database

● API consultation and support

• Helping customers with how to use and implement solutions using our RestAPI

● (if possible) implement Integrations

○ Microsoft Dynamics, by helping customers install and configure our plugin

and verifying that all syncs works as expected

● Troubleshooting of above Tasks/Responsibilities

Must haves

– Basic software development experience (.NET)

– Intermediate SQL (Microsoft SQL Server)

– Intermediate RestAPI experience

– English

– FTP, Git

– Basic Windows server

Nice to haves

– Powershell

– Microsoft Dynamics

– Swedish / Danish / Norwegian

– Technical writer experience (English)
