Bokadirekt are looking for a detail oriented, self-driven QA to join our team and help build products that generate millions of bookings for more than 15 000 salons, beauty centers and spas in Sweden.
Every month, Bokadirekt.se are visited by over three million people, leading to around 1,5 million bookings. Your work will impact the lives of tens of thousands of people in Sweden, on a daily basis.
What you’ll do:
In this role you will develop Bokadirekt.se projects and digital services using best practices and scalable and maintainable code. You will work together with your teammates to solve user centric problems using data-informed insights. A big part of the interaction with the other teams will be done remotely.
As a backend developer at Bokadirekt you will design, develop, and deploy backend services with focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability. You will be highly valuable for us as you will improve performance of existing features and build new features to support and speed up the growth of bokadirekt.se products and services.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, you are a self-driven prestigeless developer who aim for quality in the work that you do. You know what it means to ship high quality code and if something unexpected arises, you are not afraid to get your hands dirty to solve the problem.
You have a deep understanding and good experience using back-end development environment and tools. You are comfortable writing Node.JS, Typescript and have experience working with databases as PostgreSQL and MySQL. If you worked with AWS, Azure and ElasticSearch that´s a plus. We think that you have 5+ years’ experience.
