Job Description

As Software Engineer you will have the responsibility to design, develop and maintain software included in IFS products that have over a million of users over the whole world. The role is focused on interpreting and analyzing functional and technical requirements to create fit-for-purpose and enterprise-grade software. Usability, maintainability, security and performance are key aspects of this role.

As a Software Engineer at IFS you will be expected to:

• Technically design and develop fit for purpose software based on functional and technical requirements
• Technically test, debug, review and maintain software to ensure quality and stability of the code
• Create documentation, presentation and training material
• Engage with requirement owners and other stakeholders
• Share knowledge, guide and train colleague
• Contribute to improvements in IFS products, services and processes.

Qualifications

To be a successful Software Engineer at IFS your mindset will be the key factor, but to get even further we would like you to have a relevant academic degree (M.Sc. or B.Sc.), preferably in software engineering.

We are looking for someone with:

• Talent and passion for software development
• Technical design and programming skills
• Knowledge in Open ID, Java, Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge within CICD and automation
• Basic UX design skills
• Software Documentation skills
• Quality Assurance skills
