Love conceptualizing and bringing brands to life? Great, then you can be one us. We’re a bunch of fun-loving copywriters, art directors, graphic designers, team leaders and web designers who would like to have you on board. We’re looking for our new Digital Creative Art Director to Lindex head office, located in the heart of Gothenburg.

Your role in our team
You are a part of our Global Marketing team, working with a digital mindset with the goal to create a globally, strong and future proof brand. As our new Digital Creative Art Director, you will be a part of our Creative Teams.

We understand that you are curious to know more about the role! Here are some examples of work tasks: You are responsible for the visual branded design experience for Lindex digital touchpoints. You will strive for improve and develop the level of inspiration and graphic impression. One of your main tasks are to seamlessly integrate motion, interaction and user interface design. You will also produce creative digital storytelling for inbound marketing. In the position as Digital Creative Art Director you will work close to Graphic designers and UX designers and coach both them and Front-end developers in their projects and deliveries. Since this is a new position within Lindex it comes naturally that you also continuously focus on how to improve working methods within the role.

Is this you?
You have a passion and proven skill for creativity and design. Deep understanding how brand, design and communication interacts, together with good knowledge about motion design. As the Digital Creative Art Director you are aware of all the trends about motion and interaction design in different digital channels and social media. You are comfortable and well trained in presenting ideas to co-workers and management. To have fun here, we think that you have a responsive mindset. In other words, you love to jump on new projects and make them yours. As you probably know, production can vary, flexibility is therefore key. You love to find solutions and good communication is of course right up your alley. Working independently, take initiatives, manage your time and meet deadlines, are all things you know well. You believe in togetherness and is motivated by the possibility to make an impact. Also, this probably sounds like you:

Master or bachelor's degree in final art, design or similar
+5 years’ experience from similar position at an agency or businesses  
Impressive portfolio of relevant creative work  
Experience from working with fashion and ecommerce
