Agile System tester

The team Transport Operations at Scania develops services based on data from connected vehicles to pursue the Scania mission to become the leader in the shift towards a sustainable transport system. Today we have closer to 500.000 connected vehicles! We are now looking to strengthen the team with an experienced agile system tester. 
 

What we do  

In our team, we take an end-to-end responsibility together - whatever we build, we need to quality assure, deploy and of course run ourselves. You could consider us operating as a DevSecOps team. As we strive to increase the autonomy of the team, each team member continuously have to develop their skills and competences, which we help each other out with.  
 

What you will do 

You will contribute with feedback and quality assuring continuously during all team activities. You will also have important input on requirements and systemization, helping the team to think about topics like testability and robustness early. In addition you will set up and maintain hard ware test rigs and naturally perform system test of web- and mobile applications. Test automation and scripting will also be a part of your job.

What you have  

• Solid experience in test and validation of complex IT system, both software and hardware like embedded systems 
• Experienced in writing automated test case scenarios 
• Experienced in requirement- and systemization activities 
• Basic programming knowledge in Python, SQL, Linux or other. 
• Work experience for at least 5 years 
• Some experience from working with AWS  
• Professional English skills both written and verbal  

You are an agile system tester who knows how to contribute with feedback and quality assuring activities in all steps of development. You have an analytical and curious mindset, knows how to structure and work according to processes and know how to communicate with developers as well as stakeholders.
