Our small but effective QA team supports the larger engineering team to ensure a smooth development flow and a high quality customer experience. We cover iOS, Android, web and wearable devices.

The QA team is working towards our vision of fully automated UI tests for all product changes. We have initial automation in place, and are looking for a motivated and skilled manual tester who is willing to pick up automation skills over time and join us on this journey.

Responsibilities and what you'll be doing

- Lead the QA Work, set, implement and perform the QA roadmap
- Perform manual testing of new product changes before release, partnering with developers to ensure problems are found and fixed early
- Assess customer issues by severity, so that the team can fix what's most important, and find ways to reproduce the most commonly experienced issues.
- Contribute with automated UI tests towards our goal of automated tests for every change
- Share ownership of our release process, both setting and executing the quality gates that the team has agreed on before release
- Actively participate in our attempts to become stronger as a team, through meetings, standups, retros and other initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate our releases
- Lead and coordinate Customer Support bug reports

Are you the one we're looking for?

We are looking for someone with:

- Extensive experience in working with QA on mobile devices
- Tech savvy and quick to master new skills
- Curiosity around best practices in testing and software development
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset
- Excellent and clear communication skills, both written and s
- Fluency in English
