Integration Specialist to Scania Integration Platform

Scania IT assists the Scania Group with system development, IT operations and infrastructure. Our mission is to provide the global Scania business with innovative and robust IT solutions. Scania IT has about 900 employees and is represented in Sweden, Holland, France, Belgium, Latin America and India.

The Integration Center group within the Infrastructure department is responsible for Scania's integration platform. It is business critical and vital for ensuring various applications and systems to exchange information on a daily basis. Right now the integration area is facing a continuously rising trend of increasing information interchange between applications and systems, not at least with REST and Web Services.

To meet the requirements from our customers we need to strengthen the core team with an Integration Specialist. Do you have a wide general knowledge within the IT area, like to work in teams sharing knowledge as well as mentoring people? Then you are welcome to our group, a team of several competent and experienced technicians, architects and developers.

Job description
You will be an Integration Specialist, developing and maintaining standard components, shared among different integrations.
Your daily tasks will be:
.Supporting on- and offshore integration developers focused on the product Axway API Gateway
.Assisting Integration and Solution architects with technical expertise in the integration area
.Testing and evaluating new technologies or concepts, building and executing PoC (Proof of Concepts)
.Take lead in improving the quality assurance process and technical frameworks
.Troubleshoot product related issues and assist in more complicated incidents
Your profile
We think you are a person with good communication and troubleshooting skills. You like to take initiatives and have experiences of Java/Javascript, XML, SOAP/Web services and REST.

You also have a basic understandings of web/application servers, firewalls and load balancers and have interest and experience in security - cryptography, integrity and availability.

It is highly qualifying if you have hands on experience with the Axway API Gateway product. Experience with IBM Message Broker/Integration Bus, JBoss Fuse, Microsoft Biztalk, Mule ESB, is also very positive.
