Test Engineer, test infrastructure

Since early 2000 we have supported our clients on a vast number of projects, all over the world. Our consultant pool consists of Swedish and non-Swedish consultants within the fields of embedded systems, telecom, automotive, online solutions and application development.

We are now looking for a Test Infrastructure Developer that will work in a Core System Platform team. In Core System Platform we are developing the platform for the next generation of in car-computer architecture. As platform-organization we focus on building a full stack embedded development environment to create a safe, reliable and secure platform solution.

Together with your Team you will be developing and maintaining the test infrastructure to be used by software developers working on our new platform. The test infrastructure will be a key enabler for increasing the speed and quality of the software deliveries in the ever more complex software environment of a modern car.

Main tasks & responsibiltiies:

• CI infrastructure automation

• Rig handling and management for platform visualization

• Rig allocation

• Integration of HIL RIG into CI machinery

• Debugging of software issues in core system platform HIL RIG systems

• Contribution to test framework development in Python

• Maintenance and support to CI/CD tool chains

Profile & Qualifications:

To be successful in this job we believe that you have good experience from development of test infrastructure in a continuous integration environment. We believe that you have experience and competence in the following areas, as below:

• Hardware rig development

• Python

• Test framework development in Python (meriting)

• Robot Framework (meriting)

• Grafana Ansible (meriting)

• Experience from working in a LINUX environment and preferably also QNX

• Wiring and rack building experience

• Knowledge of ECU hardware – basics of flashing and bringing up ECU boards with firmware

• Knowledge on Ethernet and networking, building test systems for Ethernet based systems

• Debugging of software issues in HIL RIG systems

• Integration of HIL RIG into CI machinery

• Scrum / Agile

Start: asap.

Duration: longterm.

Extent: Full-time, 40h/week.

Compensation: Negotiable.
