Experienced WordPress and E-commerce developer

In the developer role you will be working on

• Building sites from scratch
• Support and further development for ongoing projects
• Be of service to our clients to reach their goals

In time, there are opportunities for this role to become a Solution Architect if you are a personal match for the role. Solution Architects are a group of Senior Developers, who lead technical process development and decision making to reach company goals. They are also the go-to people for complex problems through coaching and mentoring.

Your profile

We believe you are solution-oriented, and the kind of person who spots challenges and tackles them objectively and rationally, using your excellent communication skills. You love working with a team, and can communicate both internally with the team and externally with our clients. You understand the importance of listening to coworkers ideas, and collaborating on ways to go forward in solutions and strategies.

You are analytical in your problem solving and think steps ahead on how solutions can affect future development. You are someone the team looks to for stability and confidence when projects become challenging, and this brings comfort to the people around you.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone who has worked with WordPress on a more technical level rather than one who just has installed plugins. We also would like to see WooCommerce experience.

• Wordpress and PHP development
• Basic DevOps in MacOS and Linux
• Git
• HTML5/SASS(CSS3)/Javascript
• Linux / Nginx / Apache / MariaDB / MySQL
• Debugging web
• English

Good if you have an idea of

• DevOps in Mac OSX and Linux
• Continuous integration
• Unit testing
• Optimisations for web
• PHP Security
• Experience with Cache and cache solutions
