About the role

We are now looking for a great Data Analyst to strengthen our growing Analytics Team in Stockholm, who is interested in developing tomorrow's intelligent workforce management, enabling data-driven decision-making and having a significant impact on strategic initiatives. The mission is to turn our vast amount of data into actionable insights across the organisation and guide the business’s development and new features. You will be working close to multiple stakeholders across the organisation, having a great impact on your everyday work.

What you’ll be doing

- Performing analysis of our data to gain actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Improving our analytical capabilities by building metrics, dashboards and models.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders across the business to understand their goals and objectives, and help them discover new opportunities.
- Communicating results, insights and recommendations throughout the organisation.

What you’ll bring to the team

- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using SQL.
- Team player with great communication and presentation skills.
- MSc degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics or equivalent quantitative field.

The WOW-factor

- Analytics & Business Intelligence experience.
- Data visualization tools and technologies such as Superset, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Looker, QuickSight etc.
- Data analysis tools and technologies such as R, Python, Spark, SAS, etc.
- Cloud platform experience from AWS or GCP is a plus.
