About the job 
Interaction with stakeholders (internal SEB development teams) is an important part of our daily work. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Supporting development teams in setting effective testing, building test automation, planting DevSecOps mindset ;
Providing guidance for the teams to prepare their own test strategy and describe their WoW with development following SEB processes and guidelines ;
Keeping close contact with stakeholders to gather their challenges and being a link between them and different teams in Delivery Accelerator Tribe (including Test Data and Automation Solutions teams in Vilnius);
Participating in Test Community, promoting ways for collaboration, experience and best practices sharing;
Maintaining SEB Development Process, Test Principles, setting up Test Governance;
Documenting guidelines, giving presentations and holding workshops for developers. The job could imply occasional business trips to Lithuania.
Who are you? 
You’ll be the right fit if you are:

A team player with 3 years of experience in programming (any of the languages: Java, .NET, JavaScript) and solid knowledge in automated testing and test management;
Having good understanding and passionate about DevSecOps and continuous testing;
Having technical knowledge in how to build and run applications for different platforms, experienced in containers (Docker, OpenShift), working with infrastructure as code, automation and continuous integration;
Willing to work with different test automation tools (Selenium, Ready API, UFT, etc.);
Able to coach more junior developers, willing to support others with knowledge, setting the right development process and effective testing;
A proactive, service-minded driver, having analytical mindset, able to take leadership, act quickly and show great communication and presentation skills;
Fluent in English;
Experienced in enterprise environment (preferably in financial or IT sectors);
Willing to develop yourself in current and new areas, having a curious mindset.
