Job Description

Are you a frontend developer who wants to deliver business value in a fast-paced environment? Well then, come and be part of an agile product team that inspire and enable customers to explore our range, easily finding what they love.

You will join Product Exploration, a product team that delivers frontend code used by millions of customers every day.

You will join a strong cross-functional team that together design, develop, test, implement and analyze all our customers' behaviors with the tools at our disposal. You will also be a part of the frontend competence community in which you will be able to share, learn and participate in evolving the frontend community within H&M Group.

The team is highly autonomic and has the ownership of the products they develop. Some of your daily work includes:

• Focus on developing and implementing high quality code
• Collaborate with the team in the story flow from idea creation until analysis
• Code review other frontend developer's pull requests
• Automate the testing of your code and watch it succeed
• Be a part of, and help improving our agile ceremonies and events

Qualifications

As a frontend developer at H&M Business Tech you will be part of a newly built business function. You are an important team player in this transformation, and we therefor believe you are communicative, full of drive and have a "you build it you run it" mindset.

You will work with a broad and holistic view. In addition to this, we believe you have:

• Strong coding skills in Javascript
• Experience with Reactjs development (including Redux)
• Experience and knowledge of API design
• Experience and knowledge of writing testable and high-quality code

We also believe that you are:

• Experienced in agile software development practices (automated testing, mob/pair programming, CI/CD etc.)
• Comfortable in discussing product design and improvements
• Experienced in Azure DevOps and/or other cloud environments
