Description

The Client is looking for a .NET developer for one of their core development programs. The program is dependent on data from various sources and as a developer in the virtual Data Team you will make sure the data flows from integration to publishing and storage. You will develop micro services in an AWS environment and will together with the team be responsible for designing the flow of data to make it consistent and maintainable. Due the nature of the systems you will integrate with, it is good if you also feel comfortable in other languages as Java and Python as changes might be needed on both sides of the integration.

The delivery team consists of a Product Owner, business experts and development experts. The Product Owner defines data needs, and the developer builds data solutions to fulfil the PO’s needs.

However, there are multiple delivery teams in the program. To make sure each team get the data they need, developers representing the different teams are gathered together into a “virtual” that works across the team boundaries. The virtual team enables utilizing shared technology and principles, coordinating overlapping tasks and learning from other developers. This in turn ensures smoother delivery for each Product Owner in the program.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- .NET Development 5-10 years of experience
- Documented experience of unit testing and integration testing
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Knowledge and/or deep knowledge about all or some of the below: - AWS
- Java
- Python

Preferred personal qualities:

- Very good communication skills
- Good collaboration skills
- Ability to easily grasp the case and the organization's need
- Curious and interested in learning new programming languages and techniques
