Tech lead/Product Owner - Tools and CI - Autonomous vehicles

Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

We are looking for you who has multi years of experience and proven achievement in developing CI/CD & development environment developer from similar industries. Either you have the will and soft skills to grow into a Product Owner (PO) or you had the role before. If you take on this assignment we will support you and lift your technical leadership skills to the next level. 

As PO you will be responsible for defining the product vision and setting up the product roadmap and be accountable for aligning the roadmap and solutions with our users/stakeholders requirements to develop state of art world class CI/CD and development environment. As a PO, you will own the Backlog, translate customer requirements into user stories together with the team and communicate our commitments and deliveries to managers and stakeholders. 

You are willing to learn a variety of technologies and tools and continuously adjust our way towards enabling a level 5 autonomous driving. Your will be leading two teams, one in-house core team and one team working offsite. You are comfortable with communicating our product vision on a high level as well as to deep dive into details. You easily understand what the developers need and thereby you can also dedicate yourself in implementing solution when needed.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience in developing development environment and CI/CD pipeline as a SW developer.

• Fluent in Python and C++
• Linux (ubuntu) and CLI.
• Version control tools (Git/ GitLab)
• Build automation (CMake, Conan, Artifactory, Gitlab CI, Ansible)
• Configuration-management and containerization tools (Docker)
• You enjoy to think out of box and get intrigued by the vision to use AI/machine learning in building maintenance free CI/CD and development environment.
• You have proven technical leadership

As a person you are pragmatic and can handle most situations, persons and technical dilemmas.
