Digital Talent Programme - Integration Developer

By applying to the Digital Talent Programme 2021 you can become 1 of 12 talents working towards that goal. Each position in the programme is unique and has its own specific responsibilities and challenges.

Next to your personal development in this position, you will also be enjoying one year of all we have to offer. A year within this programme will include both virtual and live meet-ups with your international colleagues. During the year you will work on assignments virtually together, as well as participating in four seminar weeks during which you will meet live. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to join a variety of trainings.

Your role as an Integration Developer

In Integration competence centre we are designing, developing and maintaining integration solutions based on the Vattenfall Integration Platform. The integration services we are offering range from complex integration flows like for Smart Metering data to REST APIs to connect Web FrontEnds or mobile apps to the line of business systems.

The team you will be joining is an international cross-border team consisting of experienced integration developers, where team spirit and collegiality plays an important role. You will have a buddy assigned to you from the team, an experienced developer who will help you settle into your new role.

Your daily activities:

• You will contribute to continuous improvement of integration platform on-premise and in the cloud
• Support business analysts to define requirements
• Support IT-Architects with integration specific topics
• Create technical solution design for integration projects
• Implement, test and document solutions based on .Net/C#, Microsoft BizTalk, WCF, SQL Server Integration Services, Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Azure

As an Integration Developer you recognize yourself in the following qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in e.g. Computer Science or similar
• Great interest in programming
• 0-3 years of experience in Azure Cloud, .Net/C#, Microsoft BizTalk, WCF, or SQL Server Integration Services, Azure Data Factory
• Good team player in an international team
• Willing to learn and have a positive attitude towards change and challenges

You are our ideal talent if you are a recent graduate with an academic degree or a young professional with no more than three years of working experience. You are fluent in English (Dutch, German, Polish or Swedish is a plus). Skills in other languages can be a merit. Furthermore, you are willing to relocate for possible assignments throughout the organization.

Location:

You will be working in the department Integration Services Bravo and the position is located in Amsterdam in the Netherlands or in Stockholm in Sweden.

We welcome your application in English, including resume and cover letter. Last day to apply is 4th of April 2021. Selection period starts in April, followed by online tests and interviews in April and May. The recruitment process will be finalized around the end of May. The last step will be a pre-employment screening. Starting date of the Digital Talent Programme will be 1st of September 2021.
