Digital Talent Programme - Test Consultant

By applying to the Digital Talent Programme 2021 you can become 1 of 12 talents working towards that goal. Each position in the programme is unique and has its own specific responsibilities and challenges.

Next to your personal development in this position, you will also be enjoying one year of all we have to offer. A year within this programme will include both virtual and live meet-ups with your international colleagues. During the year you will work on assignments virtually together, as well as participating in four seminar weeks during which you will meet live. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to join a variety of trainings.

Your role as a Test Consultant

You are working on the front end of the testing projects. You make sure that the projects are ready for launch and that the business’s objectives are met. You are the link between IT, project based testers, test department and the business. You are co-determining the test strategy, analysis and design.

Your daily activities:

• You are responsible for the test execution management
• You make sure that the testing projects run smoothly and you deliver high quality
• You oversee the processes and discover issues, search for solutions
• You collaborate with the team and stakeholders to create innovative solutions to meet our business needs

As a Test Consultant you recognize yourself in the following qualifications:

• You have a university background, preferably in Business IT & Management, Computer Science, Digital Business & Innovation or similar
• You have a strong affinity with IT and you are able to easily connect with your IT colleagues
• You are able to build productive relationships with variety of stakeholders
• You have an Agile mindset, you are enthusiastic about your work and you are able to share your enthusiasm with your colleagues
• Programming skills and experience with Python it is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Web, Java (Front end), HP UFT, Azure, C Sharp is a plus

You are our ideal talent if you are a recent graduate with an academic degree or a young professional with no more than three years of working experience. You are fluent in English (Swedish language is a plus). Skills in other languages can be a merit. Furthermore, you are willing to relocate for possible assignments throughout the organization.

Location:

You will be working in the Test Centre department and the position is flexible, located either in Amsterdam, the Netherlands or in Stockholm, Sweden.

We welcome your application in English, including resume and cover letter. Last day to apply is 4th of April 2021. Selection period starts in April, followed by online tests and interviews in April and May. The recruitment process will be finalized around the end of May. The last step will be a pre-employment screening. Starting date of the Digital Talent Programme will be 1st of September 2021.
