We are now looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Developer/Software Engineer to the Finance and Corporate Support function within our new Business Tech organization. The position is in our Inbound Invoice Management product team working with our intercompany trading and e-invoicing systems.

Job Description

The Intercompany Trading System (ITS) is a H&M developed, web-based system built on the JEE platform. The system is used for registration and booking of external and internal commercial invoices. It is a system that combines advanced business logic with equally advanced technical functions. Development of ITS is done in close collaboration with the business. Changes or smaller projects will often start when H&M enters a new country or because of other strategic decisions. The E-invoicing system is also a H&M developed system which makes it possible for our external suppliers to create electronical invoices directed to H&M through the Supplier Portal of H&M and the ITS system.

You will be an important member in the ITS/E-invoicing development team and the product Inbound Invoice Management.

Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer your main tasks will be:

• Maintenance and new development of business logic and technical functions
• Error correction, simplification and improvement of the systems and its documentation
• Contribute to the development of architectural solutions
• Upgrades and improvements of the systems and the development environments
• Technical support and incident work

Qualifications

We believe that you are an

• 5+ years of experience of development in the Java environment – JEE (e.g. EJB3, JMS), furthermore we see that:
• You have proven experience of web development – JSF, JavaScript, JSP
• You have experience cloud solution and working in a cloud environment
• Relational databases, SQL (Oracle)

It is qualifying if you have knowledge and/or experience of:

• PrimeFaces
• IntelliJ or Eclipse
• JBoss Application Server
• Ant or Maven

Additionally you have:

• A solution and service oriented and positive approach to your work
• Experience of working in an Agile way
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
