You should also have the ability to understand, explain, drive and together with the team realize the UX Design intentions in a project.

It’s important with a documented experience to coach and develop individuals and a background within programing and prototyping. To be able to lead the tech exploration within the HMI filed you need to be tech-savvy both in programming, hardware, HMI and prototyping.  We also believe that you have Master’s degree in relevant area. You don’t need to have a UX education as background, but it’s a merit if you understand what UX, UI and what a user journey is.

Since we are working in an international environment you need to have good English skills both spoken and written.
