We are offering you a role as Fullstack Developer in our Consumer Applications team, a team working close by the customers. We are 400+ engineers at the Innovation Centre in Malmö and Linköping working with home automation. The Consumer Applications team develop mobile and web applications for our customers to control their alarm systems and services from wherever they are. On a daily basis, we have hundreds of thousands of users and you will be part of controlling the direct user interface to our end customers.

You will join our scrum team working with MyPages, which is a modern and user-friendly web application that allows our customers to help themselves in a safe, easy and stable environment to handle their alarm system(s). Today our team consists of 5 developers, 2 testers, a product owner and a scrum master. Our culture is characterized by innovation and there is always room for new ideas, something we highly value. We work with technologies such as React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and GraphQL. Our backend tech stack is based on Java.

On daily basis you will analyze and implement system requirements, as well as being involved with system architecture and design. This means that you will write and integrate code as well as perform test/verification of the developed functionalities. The position includes preparation and release of new functionalities, maintenance and support of developed features.

What you bring

You consider yourself a Frontend Developer with a full-stack mindset. You have a great passion for programming and an interest in system architecture and design. We expect you to have some years of development experience within React, Javascript, HTML, CSS and Java, but even more importantly we are looking for your motivation, humbleness, open mindset and curiousness. You enjoy working with Agile methods such as Scrum as this is something we practice daily.

As a person you like a dynamic environment and you enjoy working together with people. We value knowledge sharing in our organization, hence you are comfortable in your field and can communicate your know-hows as well as being open to learn from others.
