Job description
You will be working with Lime Go. Lime Go is Lime’s intelligent sales automation tool that
utilizes prediction technology and integrated 3 rd party data. It helps their end-users find and
communicate with their future customers more easily.
You will be managing a small autonomous development team in Lund. They are hosting their
cloud product on AWS and the backend is primarily developed in .NET Core. The team
works in an agile environment with focus on quality. The agile methodology in use is called
ShapeUp and has a 6-week cycle, where there is a 4-week build cycle and 2-week cooldown
cycle.

Responsibilities
Together with the team, you will write code and develop the architecture and hosting
environment. With the Product Manager, understand and break down requirements to
optimize end-users experience, and plan development cycles. As the leader of the team, you
will also be responsible for the daily standups, and (in due time) have management
responsibilities for the other four team members.

Qualifications
We believe you:
* Are a senior developer with approximately + 7 years of experience as a .NET
Developer
* Have some experience as an Agile leader and coach, may it be unofficially
* Have a serious get-things-done attitude
* Enjoy working in an agile environment and love knowledge sharing.
* Experience and/ or interest in taking the lead.
* Speak and write English and Swedish fluently
We also imagine you being a “People Person” with the perfect mix between a senior
developer and a leader. You enjoy working with the tech and code, and being
instrumental in the development of your team and its individual members.
