Senior Java developer - high performance expert

Job description:
We are looking for a senior developer with experience in distributed systems to join one of our customers development team. Our customer is a global SaaS company offering services within the area of "Big Data analyzis" focusing on high performance.

Required competence:
-Extended experinece in "Big data"-system development
-Experience in developing for and running large distributed systems with Hadoop, Elasticsearch, Riak, RabbitMQ or other modern technologies as the foundation.
-Fluent in Java
-Experience in GIT and Jenking
-Effective communicating skills and a good team player
-Candidates shall also have good written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably also in Swedish.

Wanted competence:
Our customer expect you to have an opinion on when Scala with Akka is preferred over Clojure and an idea of what is good with Erlang and Elixir even if they don't use those technologies yet.

Start: 2014-09-15
Duration: 2015-03-31 with high possibility for further extension.
Location: Göteborg
