UCG 050303 SW Test Engineer

UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.

The Consultant role

As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.

Education/training

Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.

Experience

We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.

Required experience for this role:

- Several years of experience within test or design and development

-• Technical understanding of embedded systems

• Experience of system test cases (manual and/or automated)

• Knowledge in Embedded systems, Linux, Python, Kubernetes, Selenium, DB, JIRA, TestRail and ISTQB.

Work language: English

Meriting competence

- Swedish

- Experience from similar industries with safety applications, (automotive, industrial or aerospace) is an advantage.

Your tasks:

- As test engineer you will be part of a team that verifies that the system solutions meet performance, stability, stress and reliability requirements. The team will also verify system robustness and specification requirements. In your role as test engineer you will for example;

- Create test planning for system releases

- Create test cases based on requirements and feedback from customers

- Perform manual and/or automated testing

- Develop an automated test environment and testcases
