Software Security Engineer

Then you might be the one we are looking for to join us at Technologies, one of the departments within Axis R&D, with responsibility for developing Axis product platforms that are the base for all Axis Video Products.

Who is your future team?
The team designs and implements security features that give our products a high level of trust in IOT ecosystems and enables interoperability with major IOT security standards. The deliverables of the team are a crucial part of the Axis Core Product Platform and are used across Axis product portfolio.

What you'll do here as Software Security Engineer?

The team has following responsibilities:

* Trusted Execution Environment
* Secure Boot
* Firmware for crypto subsystems
* Input to Axis Security Roadmap and use cases
* Specification of Axis ASIC from security perspective
* Validation for Axis ASIC
* Evaluation of HW blocks and platforms from security perspective
* Interfacing internal and external teams/customers

Who are we looking for/Who are you?
You are an analytic and dedicated person with a strong personal drive and an ability to work both unsupervised and as a part of a team.

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

* Master's degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, electrical engineering or similar
* Genuine interest in cyber security and embedded systems
* Previous working experience with security features
* Experience from embedded C/C++ development close to hardware
* Knowledge within secure development and testing
* Knowledge of Git, Gerrit, and Jenkins

The position is office-based and you will be located in Axis HQ in Lund, Sweden.
