The Role

The Product Manager for Partnerships is expected to take the overall ownership for B2B related partnerships with the leasing sector as its core focus at the very start. This entails the person will take the lead to coordinate cross-functional efforts to drive leasing and other B2B partnerships to a greater success into the future, in line with our overall customer experience and product strategy.

You will help us take another leap in EasyPark’s service offering, setting the company even further apart from their competition and delivering values that the industry has never seen before. In addition, you will be at the forefront of new technology platforms and you’ll learn from and partner directly with product and marketing leaders to help EasyPark’s roll-out across all markets.

This role is based at the Easypark headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

- Conduct in-dept market research to understand the leasing ecosystem (global and local) as well as the needs of the fleet managers
- Owning the product vision, goals, strategy, roadmaps, and impact in line with EasyPark’s overall business strategy
- Leading global Scrum-teams (engineering and UX) to make concepts into beautiful and great-to-use software
- Acting as the product evangelist internally towards EasyPark's marketing and sales teams and partner with them in respective markets to grow product impact
- Build long-lasting partnerships with existing and new leasing providers in all our markets and build a sales pipeline as well as processes together with our local B2B sales teams.
- Supporting new country roll-out projects and continuous improvement of implementation and support methodology
- Translating analytic insights into concrete, actionable improvements for business, product, or workflows

About you

You have an entrepreneurial mindset and always try to find creative solutions to new problems. You enjoy working independently but also to take the wheel and make a team deliver successfully, through close collaboration. You are a curious person that is not afraid of reaching out to people and you communicate seamlessly in both an IT and business environment.

Your background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

- MSc degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or other field that is data driven, problem solving with a strong touch of entrepreneurship
- 3+ years of relevant experience in business development, management consulting, project management or product development with international exposure. Ideally experience from consumer facing app based services
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of stakeholder management
- Well-structured to be able to manage complex planning and multiple parallel work-streams
- Fluency in English is a requirement and more languages are meriting. Swedish is not required

EasyPark’s Leasing Services

This is a strategic focus area for our Partnership and B2B segments and hence there’s a lot of potential to contribute to the success story of EasyPark and secure significant additional value to our customers and our leasing partners.

To be clear - EasyPark isn’t (and won’t start) offering the car leasing itself. However, we’re partnering with various well-established leasing providers in different markets and help them bundle EasyPark’s digital parking services into their full-fledged mobility service offering. Such collaborations make it easier for the fleet managers to administer the operation of their fleet(s), ensure an easy parking experience for the employees and helps our leasing partners and EasyPark to increase our reach and provide an even better and easier parking service.
