UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
*5-10 years relevant experience
*A person with good communication skills who likes to drive things forward together with others.
*A graduate engineer with experience of programming.

About the position:
- Working as test developer
• The task in the team is to develop and maintain the test framework. In order for the test environment to be suitable for the tests, we have developed tool chains for test automation and results analysis. These rigs are used for software tests on complete vehicle level and on system level, and they are essential for our embedded software developers. In the group we are responsible that the test environment are updated with new technology to support coming projects for example electrification and autonomous vehicles. The task is also to further develop the HIL concept into a modular platform. As a software developer of our HIL/SIL platform the person will gain a broad understanding of vehicle systems and functions, and also work cross functional and get a broad network. Innovation is important, and we work on continuous improvements. You will already from the start be able to adopt and shape the group’s working methods.
-During Covid, part of work can be done off-site. Normally 100% on-site at the customer´s premises.
