We are looking for a Service designer to create subversive products, services and eco-systems with the power to change industries — and make our clients the benchmark of theirs. As part of our new product & service design offering you’ll play a crucial role in shaping how ARC works within the field. We believe that you've done something similar before and have a proven ability to lead and inspire others.
What you'll be doing:
Apply a system thinking to see birds-eye views on existing eco-systems, products & services as well as understanding how the small things affect the bigger picture.
Analyze and understand service architectures from the user and organizational perspectives to see both front-end and back-end actions of services and eco-systems.
Conduct user research to define research questionnaires, specify both primary and secondary research methods needed in both qualitative and quantitative scenarios.
Triangulating both quantitative and qualitative data to form insights and create synthesizes and design challenges to be used in both incremental improvement, conceptualization and innovation hypotheses.
Apply a behavior design understanding to analyze what key behaviors we need to change or grow to create valuable, sustainable and profitable services and eco-systems.
Design experience concepts and create completely new eco-systems, services and products that create a higher customer value as well as support the most profitable business model for our clients business.
Facilitate workshops to gather input, create insights, hypothesis as well as drive change in complex organizations and industries.
Scope and lead large projects with multiple work streams and sub-projects from a service design perspective
Capture emerging user trends and market shifts to keep ARC service design value offers and point-of-views relevant and in the forefront of thought leadership.

You’re expected to lead and work closely with our tight-knit team of Researchers, Business Designers, UX Designers, UI Designers and Technical Leads. You will be prestigeless in the role and create dynamic leadership structures depending on the challenge to solve, but you will always be the one having the complete experience as your core focus and responsibility.
Preferably you’re also a storyteller by heart and have created a similar impact on a global scale.
- The equivalent of 10+ years of experience working within the field of service design
- Proven experience managing teams, clients and projects with outstanding results
- Thought leadership in design, technology, and digital trends
- A strong network within the industry
