UX/UI Designer

BRP Systems develops and offers software solutions to customers within the fitness industry. Today we are the leading supplier in the Nordics and are present in 10 countries with our solutions. We have around 100 employees and our head quarter is based in Linköping.

We are currently seeking a Master of Interfaces to design top level solutions for our next generation of mobile apps, web platforms and self-service stations. As our current UX/UI Designer will be busy with ongoing projects after the summer we need one more person to our R&D-team in Linköping.

Responsibilities

Together with our R&D team you will be the driver of designing smooth booking- & sign-up flows, along with e-commerce solutions.

You will produce prototypes and be testing them with our customers and their members, and you are expected to gain essential knowledge through customer interviews and discussing the needs with all stakeholders regarding future features. You are also expected to deliver intuitive and appealing designs that makes our customers services stand out regardless it is a fitness experience, physical treatment, spa, or swimming & bath facility.

Typical responsibilities for the UX/UI-designer will be:

• Deliver high quality designs to our developers.
• Prepare presentable product layouts for commercial use
• Building prototypes and test them with customers and their members
• Conduct customer interviews and field research
• Help in the co-ordination between other internal departments, such as Commercial, Marketing and Operations

Skills

We are looking for you who are an excellent digital designer. Working with components - icons, colors, fonts, padding is a walk in the park for you.

You have a great intuition for information flow and labelling. You quickly pick up and understand business requirements and technical limitations. You know how to bring requirements into designs and can build prototypes to test flows and interactions, preferable in Figma or Adobe XD.

We also want you to have some of/all skills below:

• 3+ year experience within product development or ecommerce
• Some experience from fitness or leisure industry
• CSS expertise
• Fluent in English as this is our corporate language
