Description

The client is currently expanding their team and therefore looking for a software developer. Here you would join a department developing products that allow customers to access the core of a mobile network using WiFi.

The client work in autonomous and empowered teams and strive to have the visibility that enables distributed decision making. Their way of working is based on agile practices and methods with continuous improvements and innovation as part of the daily work. The role includes software development activities ranging from requirement analysis to deployment. Having experience as a scrum master would be highly beneficial. The teams are also our most important guardians of product quality.

You will:

- Analyze requirements and take decisions related to architecture, design, implementation, verification and deployment
- Produce efficient, reliable and readable code with high quality
- Perform trouble shooting and customer support
- Continuously validate that we're building the right thing
- Take initiatives to improvements of products and processes
- Actively contribute to a robust team

Mandatory competence and experience:

- BSc or MSc in Computer Science or the equivalent level of knowledge
- Typically 3+ years of professional experience from software development
- Proficiency in more than one programming language, including C or C++
- Experience in embedded Linux
- An understanding of IP protocols and routing
- Familiarity with Jira, Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Dockers, Kubernetes or HELM

Preferred personal qualities:

- Can drive things yourself but really love team work
- Honor team commitments and voice your opinion to unrealistic expectations
- Set pride in learning the whole product and its environment
- Have the determination to build the best product possible
