Are you Minnas new DevOps Engineer?
We are looking for a senior engineer to join our shared platform services team that empowers the Minna product teams to bring power to the modern consumer. You will be joining a team of senior engineers at Minna who develops and maintains the infrastructure, security and availability aspects of our platform.

We’re looking for an experienced jack-of-all-trades engineer that has extensive experience from running production grade kubernetes clusters in regulated environments. A person who knows their way around cloud resources, network configurations and CI/CD pipelines. The person we’re looking for should be able to work in a fast paced and highly flexible environment to deliver value to both our internal product teams and external clients.

Within the shared platform services team you will be working in our Google Cloud Platform environments that supports a service mesh of applications through Kubernetes. You will be able to improve and evolve the ways of working for all of Minna’s development teams by building robust, secure and scalable solutions to business critical workflows in our engineering community.

You will spend your time:

- Solving challenges across the full stack at Minna, from Scala applications to CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, networking and GCP resources
- Prototyping, developing and deploying solutions to common workflows within the engineering community
- Performing and automating tasks related to security and vulnerability management in a cloud native environment
- Supporting the product teams at Minna who use our platform to develop and deploy their products to millions of users
- Taking part in our on-call rotation for production environments (for a week every ~6 weeks)
- Being a part of an inclusive agile team that highly values pragmatic problem solving and continuous improvements

We are looking for someone who:

- Is experienced in building and operating distributed cloud environments using:
- Kubernetes
- MongoDB
- Terraform
- Google Cloud Platform

- Has an analytical and structured approach to problem solving that prioritizes outcome over output
- Enjoys learning and sharing knowledge with peers about new technologies and solutions in a growing and fast paced environment
- Likes to take responsibility and ownership of services and workflows built and supported by the team
- Once on-boarded is comfortable with being a part of an on-call rotation and providing support to the wider engineering community

We are especially interested in:

- Experience form working in regulated environments like FinTech
- Someone who is motivated by helping others
- Has previous experience from working in on-call rotations and/or SRE roles
- Proven proficiency in Terraform, GCP, CI/CD pipelines
- An interest in defining and implementing best practices for development and deployment workflows
