Embedded Software Developer to agile team wanted!

Are you a developer with a passion for embedded software development and have a couple of years of experience? Are you also interested in working in an agile team and accelerate your carrier as a consultant within the area? If so, Cybercom is the right company for you!

About the role

Cybercom Stockholm is looking to further expand our successful team delivery and we are now looking for an embedded software developer. Our ambition is to expand beyond our current customer base, so you are likely to be able to develop your skill set together with clients in different industries, ranging from 5G feature implementation to developing power tools to… well, let’s find out together?

You will most likely start out in an exciting project, in a cross-functional agile team, just to get started and getting to know the Cybercom way of working. Your own drive will determine the path to your future, but to help, we offer inhouse academies in C/C++ development, DevOps/Kubernetes and SAFe for different roles - just to mention a few. We also welcome you to explore roles within the agile way of working, such as Scrum Master or Product Owner.

There is obviously a pandemic ongoing, but to root yourself you will be part of a team at our Kista office. We all work remotely for the foreseeable future, but we think it’s nice to at least know where you have a seat if needed. Our customers are located all over Stockholm and, depending on customer requirements, you may need to work on site.

Who are you?

You have previous experience working as a developer and have been focusing on embedded software development in C/C++ for the past 3 years. You are comfortable in a Linux-environment and know your way around Git and Gerrit.

As a person you are driven and like to solve problems. You are innovative, open to new ideas and like to share your knowledge. Since you will be working in teams and deliver high-quality solutions it is important that you can work well together with others.

As we harbor many nationalities and work with global clients, you need to be comfortable with using English as your working language. Professional proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
