Scope:

Maintain, develop, support users, and report/solve errors within:

· XML Tool (writers main writing tool).

· Scripts

- Project scripts - Quality check of all relationships in project folders and list of files.

- Parts catalogue (EPC) scripts

- Maintenance schedule (ILS) scripts

- General analysis and XML file manipulation scripts – Extract data, insert/remove data/element, etc.

· Illustrator template

· Photoshop action (plugin)

· TMS – Translation Management System

· Documentation

- User manuals

- Process instructions

- TrainMate System description updates

- Development documentation

Personal skills:

· Swedish speaker

· General IT and knowledge and good IT communication skills

· Technical writing skills

· Basic programming skills

· Basic planning and coordination

Method:

· Specify functionality based on project requirements.

· Plan and estimate time for development and testing by breakdown into small tasks.
