When accepted to IBM Maximo Technology Mentor Program you will be offered training in methods, processes and tools before being signed to a project where all your learning will be applied. You will be appointed a mentor to guide and advise you as you grow your experience, and you will also be part of a local and global community with peers who actively share their experience. IBM Maximo Technology Mentor program offers you:
- Onboarding to IBM including learning in core consultant skills
- Four week of dedicated technical learning in Maximo processes, methods and tools before starting your project work as a Maximo developer
- Your own appointed Maximo mentor for a year
- Relevant project experience as a developer from early start, with local and international Maximo clients in different sectors
- Opportunity to develop your skills and become a Technical Specialist in IBM
- Member of the global communities within the Maximo practice with highly active peers sharing knowledge and experiences
Maximo Consultant
In this role you design, develop and support Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) application solutions using the IBM Maximo application and related frameworks and technologies. You will also design, develop and/or re-engineer application components, and integrate software packages, programs, and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms. You will participate in a project’s all phases throughout it’s lifecycle including test, reports, interfaces, data conversions and enhancements using IBM Maximo and related tools.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Language: Swedish & English (high communication ability in writing as well as spoken)
- Education: Relevant completed exam from Yrkeshögskolan or University

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in front-end web development
