Senior Infrastructure Technician

We are currently looking for a Senior Infrastructure Technician to join our IT department in Köping.

Role Description
Working as a key team member of the IT department you will be instrumental in enabling innovation, testing, building and running our IT infrastructure. This includes the responsibility for ensuring that our IT infrastructure develops and is maintained in accordance with company strategy. Ensuring IT safety will be one of your key priorities. You will manage related procurement, from tender specification to delivery with both internal and external suppliers for networks, communication and IT safety. Configuration, design and troubleshooting of Cisco networks, Windows servers, SCCM etc. are also a part of the role. Being a part of a global company you will be collaborating with colleagues from around the world in different projects.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills
An education in relevant area is preferred, but not essential. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Prior project management experience would be an advantage in this role. You should also have experience from a similar role within infrastructure, experience from surveillance systems, Oracle, SQL and window server. You should have good technical skills regarding Cisco and MS server operating system to cope with this role.

You have well developed problem solving ability, good social skills and the ability to create effective networks and work both in teams and independently. Proven stakeholder engagement skills.
