Agile system developer to Security and Defence Solutions

What you will be a part of
Security and Defence Solutions, a business area of Saab, offers command and control systems, airborne early warning systems, civil security systems and solutions, training and simulation, as well as telecom carrier.
You will be a part of the department Operations Center Solutions where we develop management systems within the civil security area. The systems are used to streamline, monitor and protect critical flows and operations, which places very high demands on system security and availability.
We develop systems for ambulances, emergency services, airports, prisons, CIT etc. We are developing systems which are critical for the business of our customers so the focus is on performance, reliability and configurability. We work closely with our customers and are driven by strong customer and user focus. Agile methods are a given way of working and we aim to constantly develop and work with the latest technology.
Our solutions are cutting edge technology and for the right person the Operation Centre Solutions unit offer enormous opportunities to work with stimulating and challenging work, along with skilled and dedicated co-workers.
 

Your role
We are now looking for system developers to strengthen our team.
Our projects are driven within an agile project environment, in close cooperation with customers.   Solutions are predominantly based on, but not limited to, Windows, Web and Android. 
Apart from developing your skills in C#, WPF, WCF and SQLServer, you will also have opportunities to gain skills in many other areas and work with several customer projects.  Our teams also offer a welcoming and friendly working environment.
 The roles will be based at our site located within the Science Park at Lindholmen in Gothenburg.

Your skills and experience
We believe that you have a Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent, and that you have 5 years experience of working as a developer.
Ideal requirements

A passion for programming
Driven in agile way of working
C#, WPF, WCF and SQL Server skills
Previous experience from large complex systems and large data volumes in production systems
