Senior Integration platform and BizTalk Server Technician

Are you our next college? We are looking for a smart, funny and thorough Integration platform and BizTalk Server Technician to our ICC team.

Your role

As a system administrator within our ICC team you will have a broad range of tasks to perform. Your main duties are system administration and application operation. You will implement, support, upgrade, work with troubleshooting and monitoring of these systems, servers, services and work with release / deploy and maintain Contingency / Disaster-Recovery solutions. You along with the team will constantly work on improving and maintaining high quality operational delivery of our high priority systems. In your role you will collaborate with several other departments, in which you are contributing technical expertise.

The main tasks are:

* Handle system administration and application operation of all parts including Microsoft BizTalk, BIP Nodinite, Sentinet API management, Bitvise SFTP server
* Deployments of releases and prod fixes in the production platforms
* Work in ICC team with 2:nd line support according to the incident and problem process
* Understand and work according to disaster recovery plans
* Work closely with SAAB ICC integration developers and create, update and verify documentation regarding; operational routines, knowledge base, processes, monitoring
* Planned work e.g. early life support, extra support as well as supporting business at specific occasions with manual monitoring, check integrations, answer questions, start/stop ports etc.
* Perform proactive platform support and be involved in ICC proactive work to support Saab business requirements
* Technical expertise in collaboration with customers and other departments

On-call work outside office hours is included in the role.

Your profile

You are passionate about problem solving and you are thorough, accurate and flexible in your work. Furthermore, you need to be investigating and analyzing and you have the urge to continuously improve the service and team delivery. Documentation comes naturally and you are good at it.

Required skills:

* At least 3 years of experience of working with application operation of business critical and complex systems
* Highly experienced in application operation of business critical and complex systems with high demands on availability
* Microsoft BizTalk Server, Microsoft SQL Server and .NET
* Network/communication, SFTP, Active Directory (AD) and firewalls
* Integration Competence and knowledge in integration strategy
* Always have a mindset on security and compliance
* Work according to ITIL
* Work in service/case management systems e.g. ServiceNow

Desired skills:

* Experience from other integration platforms and solutions
* Certificates and encrypted protocols such as SFTP, SMB and HTTPS
* Willing to learn new integration technologies
* Driver's license

You may travel between our places of business to meet colleagues, customers and suppliers.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers and professionals in an environment that fosters career development and personal growth. You will be part of Group IT and the Database and Integration unit who supports Saab with IT services, support, maintenance and expertise. The team you will join consists primarily of Developers and System Administrators based in Linköping, Huskvarna and Gothenburg.
