Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a Solution Architect to join the Group IT – Automation & AI team!

Group IT is a function hosted in Business Area Managed Services with the aim to shape and execute our digital strategy, vision and secure multi-functional execution. Automation & AI Execution is a key theme of Ericsson Digital Transformation and Group IT continues to build up world class competence in this area to drive business transformation, and to ensure secure and scalable development, deployment and continued operations of automations.

In this position you will be responsible for the design of end to end solutions that meets business requirements for our different projects. You will have the possibility to define technical product roadmaps and be able to drive functional and non-functional requirements, conduct analysis and establish metrics for future success.

You will

• Safeguard the product design, integrations and architecture
• Document and maintain product information
• Provide advice on best practices and approaches to technology teams and internal business partners
• Collaborate cross areas with business partners, IT colleagues and IT supplier partners to meet product deliverables

To be successful in the role you must have

• Domain experience in Technical Product Manager, IT architect or equivalent role with minimum 7+ years
• Experience in IT design, development and architecture as well as in Product Management
• Java or .Net or other programming language development experience
• Database/SQL development experience
• Excellent motivation skills, being both self-motivated & self-directed with ability to deliver outcomes to strict deadlines and able to empower others at all levels
• Knowledge in IT processes, tools and infrastructures
• Experience in data integration applications / handling data from various source systems including SAP and HANA
• Familiarity with industry standard methodologies in web and mobile app development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with record of presenting technical details to a non-technical audience
• Out-systems/RPA/Chatbots development experience
