On behalf of a large telecom company we are now looking for an IT Business Analyst for a Finance project at a large telecom company

Arbetsuppgifter

Project responsibilities can include:
• Work closely with the project manager, IT architect, test manager, business representatives and other stake-holders to secure that a proper IT solution is developed to meet the business goals.
• Manage and secure business scope.
• Manage the overall requirement process from IT business requirements to functional requirements. This in-cludes requirements elicitation, analysis, communication, verification and documentation.
• Collect and specify overall and detailed requirements to meet business objectives, including preparation of use-cases.
• Map and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes. This work will be done in the ARIS tool.
• Perform a gap analysis for the proposed solution.
• Document and manage agile requirements
• Manage prioritization and re-prioritization of requirements together with the business owner and other stake-holders.
• Handle requirements change management.
• Produce and secure requirement specifications when procuring new and existing systems within the project’s scope.
• Participate in the assessment of proposed solutions and tenders in consultation with relevant architecture and maintenance units.
• Lead and facilitate the process of identifying and documenting new, improved and harmonized business pro-cesses.
• Organizational change management with focus on anchoring the changes that new and improved business pro-cesses and support systems introduce.

Utbildning/erfarenhet

Requirements:
• Specifically experience of working with business processes and requirements elicitation and management.
• Finance / Accounts receivable knowledge.
• SAP experience a plus, as is Oracle BRM / Siebel (though the BA skills are more important than the specific knowledge - there will be separate technical experts in the project.
• Good experience of working with requirements (preferably in an agile format)
• Good experience of working with processes (and this means business processes), and the documentation thereof, preferably in a known tool - ideally ARIS but something like Visio or Enterprise Architect is also fine.
