As a software developer at Tacton you'll translate complex manufacturing systems into code. Tacton's SaaS empowers businesses to Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) their products in minutes instead of weeks or even months.

The Opportunity:

Our product team is looking for our next Senior Full Stack Developer interested in both technical and business areas. You'll help us build our smart CPQ tool for a wide variety of industries. Your teams work will empower manufacturers to get their customers customized products - faster.

Day to day, your fast and nimble team will help make the jobs of tens of thousands of users easier. Our 30 developers work in tight teams of 4-6 that continuously grow and divide.

In your first weeks in the position, you will jump in and learn our Tacton specific frameworks. Throughout your entire journey at Tacton you'll learn, share, and apply additional knowledge to your build.

We release frequently and in different environments. You’ll collaborate with product owners, architects, customer support and other development stakeholders while becoming familiar with all parts of our rational stack and well organized code. Empathy should always be in mind while creating new features and value for our customer facing applications.

The Team:

Everyone on the team is hungry for knowledge and passionate in many different areas - performance, web security, making life easier for users, hacking code, optimization (just a few seconds faster!), cloud technology, dealing with large amounts of data or finding new techniques - we embrace and share our enthusiasms with each other.

The Skill Set:

- 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer
- You have extensive experience with Java, JavaScript, and CSS.

What are the expectations for this role?

- Learn Tacton's full-stack and immerse yourself in the back-end and front-end.
- Participate in the product development process: design, testing, DevOps, and deployment.
- You are interested in applying or adding additional knowledge such as Kubernetes, .NET, C#, AWS, Tomcat, Salesforce and Business Systems Integration (ERP, CRM, PDM/PLM, CAD), etc. to your toolbox.
