We are looking for a backend salesforce.com engineer that will join our team to optimize the CRM for Spotify's Global Ad Sales organization. The candidate should have extensive experience building on the Salesforce.com platform, including significant integrations with Order Management Systems, Ad Servers, and Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Additionally, the candidate should be extremely comfortable with data architecture and the design, build, and maintenance of data structures inside (and preferably outside) of Salesforce.com. This role will be working day-to-day with a frontend Salesforce.com developer, and a Salesforce.com Business Analyst/Admin.Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.
What you'll do
. Design & develop features/services using Java (SE & EE), Salesforce.com API framework, and 3rd party cloud APIs.
. Improve architecture and optimize performance of very complex software systems.
. Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
. Program with a peer to not only develop but also execute on quality related tasks like code reviews, unit tests, functional testing, automation of functional and performance test cases to ensure that the feature is delivered with highest quality.
. Work from our office in Stockholm, Sweden

. You are experienced with 3+ years of salesforce.com development experience and 3+ years of Java application development experience
. You have a deep understanding of building usable and scalable systems or applications
. You care about developing business processes related applications or integrations
