Main responsibilities:

- Own of the Jira application
- Make sure Jira is always on the latest stable release
- Make sure Jira is performing to business needs
- Respond and resolve problems with Jira
- Seek to standardise how we work in Jira to allow improved reporting
- Translate and implement business processes in Jira
- Drive a move to Jira SaaS
- Be an Ambassador for Jira
- Actively promote Jira and its features
- Create and maintain an internal flourishing Jira community

Requirements:

- Own the installation and configuration of Jira
- Own the upgrading Jira
- Own the troubleshooting for Jira performance/problems, etc.
- Own Jira Administration
- Build/configure great reporting
- Build/configure great workflows
- Build/configure great Kanban boards
- Steer User Management
- Conjure automation through scriptrunner
- Enable insight asset management
- Set Jira API for a programmatic approach
- Prepare for advanced JQL

Preferences:

- Jira Specialist, Advocate, Guru and Follower with tech experience and a can-do attitude
- Windows server mastery
- Linux server mastery
