We are looking for a Java developer who is passionate about learning new technologies and who wants to take on the challenge to make Tre´s mobile network and services even better than today! Our IT organization is about 250 staff strong, and you will be part of the Finance General team, which is currently a team of 14, a mix of employees and consultants.
About the role
As a part of the Finance General team, you will mainly work on improving and supporting our solutions for handling Collections, Payments, Handset finance and Credit check. The functionality we develop and maintain has a high impact on our end-users and is of high importance for our finance departments in Sweden and Denmark.
Your typical day will be made up of Java, PL/SQL, REST, SOAP, Jenkins, Dockers, Ansible, Spring boot and more. You will work in an agile development team and involved in analysis, design, implementation, testing (incl. test automation).
Together in the team and in close partnership with our internal clients we are accountable for finding the best technical solutions to our prioritized backlog requirements. We are committed to deliver the most valuable requirements and having the client and end-users in focus. We embrace agile development and continuously strive to improve ourselves. We have a close cooperation with our Operations team and strive towards automation of CI/CD.
Who you are
We are looking for someone who has a passion for software development, for teamwork and has several years of relevant Java developer experience and comfortably operates in SQL. We live and operate in an Agile environment where we see you as an integral part to further improve our teams’ ways of working. You enjoy being part of the team but have no problem taking the initiative to drive changes to improve our systems, services and/or our ways of working.
The position requires that you to be fluent in both spoken and written English. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage but not critical for the role. Additionally, experience from the area we operate (Collections, Payments, Handset finance, Credit check and Telecom) in is also beneficial.
