Visual Designer

Are you the Visual Designer we are looking for?
At Refined, we are on a mission to help teams collaborate better. Our software turns native Confluence, Jira and Jira Service Management content into themed, easy-to-use intranets, service desks, issue trackers, knowledge bases and more.

As a Visual Designer you will be part of our mission by creating and managing the graphical elements to ensure our brand materials are visually pleasing. Your work will be seen by thousands of customers around the world, ranging from people in tiny start-ups to global enterprises.

You will work closely together with our marketing department, including marketing manager, content specialist and a web designer, as well as the whole customer success team.

In your daily work you will:
- Take care of and elevate the brand aesthetic across our touchpoints - expand on the visual identity and update brand guidelines.
- Create and maintain key assets, style guides and design repositories that fuel our digital channels e.g newsletter, social media channels and blog posts.
- Design and maintain marketing and educational materials according to customer success and marketing objectives.

How to succeed in this position?
We are looking for a skilled graphical design professional, who has the ability to take ownership of our brand assets and processes. You will rock your tasks if you have:

- Solid experience in visual marketing and branding
- Worked with web design, responsiveness and accessibility
- The ability to optimize brand asset creation to make it as efficient as possible
- A high attention to detail
- Used tools such as Adobe, Figma or Sketch, and WordPress

We also consider it a plus if you are familiar with HTML and CSS, and an even bigger plus if you have experience in animation and motion design.

Our recruitment process consists of a screening call and one or multiple interviews, where we will dive deeper into your skills. The salary range for this role is 32 000 - 36 000 SEK. We would like you to include a portfolio with your application.
