Senior IAM Developer / Stockholm

For our client in Stockholm we are looking for a consultant who will work as Senior IAM Developer.

Content and scope:

Our client is seeking full time consultant/s (1-2) that can step onboard in Q4, 2021. Ideally the assignment starts in October as the ordinary resource is going on Paternity leave early November.

Description

Azure AD:

- Web application integrations with AzureAD

- Custom application integrations with AzureAD (App integrations using AzureAD Graph API)

+ SAML and OAuth2/OIDC

+ Conditional access policies

+ MFA (SSPR)

+ Identity and Access Management in AAD

+ Worked with AAD tenant for at least one year (user management and anything related to this)

+ Hybrid Identity Environment - Password hash sync (AD <-> AAD integrations etc.)

+ AAD Application Proxy knowledge

+ B2B/B2C

On/Offboarding:

- Manage the HR on/offboarding processes which precedes the IT on/offboarding processes

+ Understanding and knowledge in LCM regards to identities within the IAM domain

+ Have a good understanding and experience of on/change/offboarding processes

Digital Identities:

- Administration in the IAM system and working with counterpart dependency systems

+ Experience of working within ISIM/SDI/Apache & LDAP/Postman/SQL

Microsoft 365 license provisioning:

- Admin and support

+ Knowledge around Microsoft license levels (F1/E1/E3/Kiosk etc.)

+ License provisioning

+ Experience of Exchange Online

Support the IAM AM team (offshore India):

- Incident handling

+ General knowledge in the IAM domain

+ Quick learner about processes

Configuration and coding in the IAM product(s):

- Refactoring, new development and maintaining IAM products

- Hand over instructions and knowledge sharing to stakeholders, e.g. to IT Service Desk

+ Java/Javascript knowledge

+ Powershell knowledge

Location: Solna/Stockholm once the Covid-19 restrictions are relieved.

Members of the IAM team can work remotely to some extent also after Covid-19, but is expected to be at the client’s office on a need basis.

The assignment is 100%.

Business travel is likely not required.

Result and expectations:

Once hand-over is completed the consultants are expected to be comfortable in their duties and rather quickly be able to deliver those tasks independently.

Knowledge transfer/sharing:

Proper hand-over will be delivered from existing team resources and is estimated to take 2-3 weeks.

Documentation:

Introduction and Hand-over plan

Current IAM set-up is documented

Back-log documentation is on good level

Other info:

Start date is flexible and can be agreed on individual basis.

Education/experience:

We are seeking a resource who has experience of IAM solution architecture and its components. You like to work agile and have an understanding of the agile mindset we have.

As a candidate for this assignment, you should have 3-5 years of technical education and at least 2 years of experience working in similar roles.

Your soft values include being calm and can handle stress when needed. You have coding experience of Powershell and Javascript/Java.

You have communication skills and a good hand in handling meetings and discussing requirements etc with stakeholders and business owners.

Must have/Mandatory Requirements:

As an IAM Developer just must have the following skills /experiences

o Very good skills in Javascript and/or Powershell

o Basic SQL and LDAP knowledge

o Azure AD Enterprise application knowledge

"Should have" Requirements:

As a IAM Developer, you are familiar with the following skills / experiences

- Design experience with Identity Lifecycle Management + Governance (LNG)

- Design experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM)

- Design experience with Access Management for internal users

- Design experience with Access Management for external users

- Technical writing

- Knowledge + preferably experience with federated IAM

- Knowledge and experience of AD and AD Azure

- Knowledge of PKI infrastructure and certificate management

Language skills:

English – fluent

Swedish – a useful qualification
